Heart to Heart Mental Health Services is dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with living a life that is meaningful and productive by supporting them in making their own choices, and building their self-worth.

 

We take pride in our individuals assuring they are healthy and experience a high quality of life. We assure all individuals have access to community events of his/her choice and promote local accessibility and choice of services and programs for individuals, and families, in order to create a balanced, self-supporting and flexible life in the community  and become a productive citizen in the  community. It is imperative that the individuals have equal access to comfort and services alongside everbody in their community.
